These past two weeks rushed by again but I can't say nothing happened. I finished up with my 25 days of coffee and tea challenge and all the little squares are being flattened as I write this :) I will definitely make a little book out of them as I've been wanting to try out simple magazine binding for a while now. I hope it works well and that the book won't exactly fall apart as soon as I'll start opening it.
I did some sewing too - a quick curtain fix for my garage studio and I finally took a pattern off of my recently bought top (the one I got in Spain):
But the most important thing from the last week was my getting back to painting. There's a "big" canvas waiting patiently for me since October, down in my garage studio, and I finally took the plunge and went for it. I've gotten used to it being only white and golden but it does need the colors. Of course I was afraid to mess it up completely and I am still not entirely sure I did good but I will continue working on it as the energy coming out is the right one and that's what is giving me the courage and confidence to move on. So thank you again Universe! ♥
I also kept going with the little squares as I find them to be such a lovely fit to my breakfast. I'm exploring watercolors at the moment and having fun with the splashes and salt. This is how my breakfast table looks like :D
I would really love to hear from you guys. Do let me know what you are doing or struggling with so that we can encourage each-other.
Wishing you all a lovely summer/winter time. We definitely have summer here and it's very pretty!
Thank you for reading, hope to read from you too!
